Invitation to Tender: Coordination of the Partnerships for Forests (P4F) final event in Latin America
Partnerships for Forests is tendering services for the coordination of the final event of the Partnerships for Forests (P4F) program in Latin America. The final event, scheduled for March 5th and 6th, 2024, aims to disseminate insights gathered over the six-year P4F program, discuss sustainable land-use topics, and engage with stakeholders in the ecosystem. The tender seeks a supplier to manage various event logistics, including flight and local transportation coordination, hotel accommodations, catering, event reception, a master of ceremonies, simultaneous translation services, and marketing materials.
The publicly available Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) contains the Terms of Reference (“TOR”), the technical and financial selection criteria, and the conditions of tender.
NOTE: The selected company must commit to the terms within the P4F Service Agreement template and the P4F Guidelines for Using Funds.
