The Partnerships for Forests team offers a unique mix of experience and skills in private sector participation in forests and sustainable land use. Senior programme managers and technical experts work alongside a pool of specialists to provide world-class expertise and convening power in global commodity supply chains and intimate knowledge of the drivers of deforestation.
Partnerships for Forests is funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID), as part of its commitment to help countries mitigate and adapt to climate change through its Investments in Forests and Sustainable Land Use programme. The expansion of the programme into Latin America is funded by the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
