Invitation to Tender – COOPAVAM: Sales and Marketing Strategy development for Brazil nut processing cooperative

Palladium seeks to procure a consultancy company to develop a Sales and Marketing Strategy for COOPAVAM a Brazil nut processing cooperative in Northwest Mato Grosso State in Brazil. The objective is to develop a Sales and Marketing Strategy to enhance COOPAVAM’s ability to reach external markets and deal more effectively with more complex demands.

The publicly available Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) contains the Terms of Reference (“TOR”), the technical and financial selection criteria and the conditions of tender. Also available are the standard contract templates (subcontract agreement for contracting an organisation, and consultant agreement for contracting an individual) which the successful tenderer will be required to sign once the agreed commercial terms have been included, the standard due diligence questionnaire to be completed by the successful tenderer, a presentation about Coopavam and Palladium’s Business Partner Code of Conduct.
