Invitation to Tender – COOPAVAM: Indigenous Lands Territorial Management Plan

Palladium seeks to procure a consultancy company to develop Indigenous Environmental & Territorial Management Plans (PGTA), in four Indigenous Lands in Northwest Mato Grosso State, and Rondônia State, Brazil. The objective is to consolidate and expand the environmental impact Coopavam (a Brazilian rural settlers’ Cooperative) generates through the sustainable purchase of Brazil Nuts from these Indigenous Lands. A single organisation or consortium may submit a bid for this tender.

The publicly available Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) contains the Terms of Reference (“TOR”), the technical and financial selection criteria and the conditions of tender. Also available are the standard contract templates (subcontract agreement for contracting an organisation, and consultant agreement for contracting an individual) which the successful tenderer will be required to sign once the agreed commercial terms have been included, the standard due diligence questionnaire to be completed by the successful tenderer, a presentation about ARSX and Palladium’s Business Partner Code of Conduct.
