Procurement for an Auditor

Procurement for an Auditor

Palladium seeks to procure an Auditor to conduct audits on a number of Grants between 2018 and 2020, so as to verify that recipients of Partnerships for Forests grant funds have expended those funds in accordance with the terms of their Grant Agreements.

The procurement will consist of 4 Lots and an Auditor will be procured for each of the regions where Partnerships for Forests operates (East Africa, West & Central Africa, South East Asia, and Global – the Partnerships for Forests Regions). Each Auditor will be contracted through a Framework contract.

A single organisation or consortium may submit a bid for any number of the Lots / Partnerships for Forests Regions. Tenderers should note, however, that a separate Technical and Financial Submission must be submitted for EACH Lot / Partnerships for Forests Region.

The publically available Invitation to Tender (ITT) contains the Terms of Reference (TOR), the technical and financial selection criteria and the conditions of tender. Also available is the standard contract template which the successful tenderer will be required to sign once the agreed commercial terms have been included, and the standard due diligence questionnaire that the successful tenderer will be required to complete.

A log of the clarification questions and answers received by the deadline for receipt of clarifications is also available.

Please forward your Tender in accordance with the Details for Submission in the ITT by the Closing Date and Time.

To ensure complete transparency and fairness, a notice of this procurement has also been published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.

We look forward to responses, and if you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact the procurement manager by e-mail – matthew.dalton@partnershipsforforests.com
